Home is Malaysia.
Home gives you security, peace and joy. During challenging moments may we continue to have the presence of God showering His favour and mercy over our motherland.
Remember the tune :
Home, home on the range
where the deer and the buffalo play
where seldom is heard a discouraging word
and the skies are not cloudy all day...
In retirement you tend to find things to do; things which when you were busy working you found it difficult to achieve.
Planting greens is never my forte. Actually, I did not believe it could be done so easily. I also found it not so practical when you can get them so abundantly and easily. There are so many grocers surrounding the home that there is no need for it. But try we did to see if the sweet potato family could survive in our little plot.
Yes ! it did.
The leaves thrived and in a quantity just enough for a meal.
So, what was the feeling?
It's a sense of achievement too to go green.
Perhaps this is even better.
It is so common to buy and eat it.
You find it at every corner, mall and name it.
On some days, your urge is especially strong .
A binge on it makes everything good again.
The old, young, middle aged, from age to age can never deny the satisfaction derived from savouring it.
Home- made ice cream is the best ever.
Clean, not too sweet and name your flavour.
You can eat any amount you like as it is free of charge; add your nuts, strawberry, lime and...
Yes. I have a daughter in Sara who makes unforgettable ice cream
It's home-made.
Home.
This is home.
Be happy.
An occasional visit makes home complete.
Little Emily is home for the weekend.
She brings joy to the home.
The sun is up whole day.
Little Emily is rising up to the challenge.
Sunglasses, swim suit and all too ready for her first dip !
It's chill time
She teaches us what it means to relax.
Yes, home is best.
May we be nurtured with values that are eternally good bringing peace and harmony wherever we are placed. May growing children taste pride and joy, bliss, comfort, merriment and security in their budding years in this land of milk and honey.

Yes, home is the place where there are no unspoken fears, threat but plenty of warmth and love and this is what all parents aspire to nurture in individual families.

Very good in feelings and taste. The leaves are young and tender and disappears easily in a bite.
Perfect for for my parents and me too !It's a sense of achievement too to go green.
